Emke
came to us directly from the Netherlands in 2006
and her English
is coming along just fine... |
|
|
She is a
full-papered, 3rd Premium mare and
we've often been told she deserves to be a Ster
mare...
She will always be a star to us.
|
|
|
|
|
Em
is currently training in Dressage... in
between having babies. |
|
With
her powerful trot, lightness in the bridle and
willingness to please, Emke's coming along well
in Dressage.
|
|

|
|
|
Em's
had three foals:
Her
first two fillies are currently living in the
USA. Most recent is Baron BHF (seen on our
Barn Sales page) born spring 2008. |
|

|
|
|
Her
first foal, a filly named Riekje, (sired by Ait
410) was born in the Netherlands prior to her
import. When she arrived in Canada, she
was again in foal to Ait.

|
|
|
|
Riekje
(left), is currently living with her owner,
Corrine in Ohio. Riekje turned 3 in 2008
and will be keured in 2009...we look forward to
Emke's first baby being inspected...she has her
mother's ears... |

Emke's
2nd foal, Winter MF (right), was born spring
2007. She was awarded a 2nd Premium
and "Reserve
Champion" at the 2007
Friesian Keuring. |

Winter is now
living with her new owner, Jesse in Washington
state. We miss her sweet, cuddly disposition,
her energetic enthusiasm and look forward to
seeing her at the 2010 Keuring.
